WARRANTY POLICY

1 Warranty period

  • Warranty period of ASIAvina Fan product will be counted 24 months from purchased date of end-user but not exceed 36 months counted from manufactured date.
  • Warranty period of ASIAvina Heater Fan product will be counted 12 months from purchased date of end-user but not exceed 24 months counted from manufactured date.
  • Warranty period of the Battery of Fan product will be counted 06 months from purchased date of end-user but not exceed 18 months counted from manufactured date.

2Warranty Method

  • To avail of the warranty service, customer is requested to contact any of our Authorized Service Partner (ASP) and bring the product and the warranty card (if any) to ASP location. Service will be taken in ASP location.

3Warranty Service Process

4Warranty is covered based on the following conditions

  • Defects is caused by component quality or technical problems in the manufacturing process
  • Warranty card is valid with legal information.
  • Model, serial number, purchased & production month of products is kept original label, no scratch, dents, lost or covered by other objects.
  • Customer should present the financial invoices of purchasing if requested

5Warranty shall be void

  • If the Product is damaged as result of natural disaster or acts of God (e.g. fire, flood, lightning, insect, high humidity & temperature, rusty, ion, irregular voltage sources.)
  • If the Product is misused or incorrectly installed or operated beyond the instructions printed in the manual.
  • The Product is altered, modified & repaired by a party not authorized by Asia Fan Company

EXCHANGE POLICY

1 Exchange period

  • The exchange of ASIAvina Fan shall be considered if there is a quality problem or a failure of warranty repair. Exchange of products is limited within warranty period which is: within seven (07) days from date of purchase of customer with proof of purchase, but not exceeding six (06) months from production date.

2 Exchange conditions

  • Defect is caused by component quality or technical problem in manufacturing process
  • Product is new and not yet used
  • Product should have full box/ packaging with complete accessories.
  • Product label should have no scratches or damages

1. The body of my fan broke. Where avail of the warranty?

  • Solution: Please contact our hotline 1800-555-521 or go to the nearest Authorized Service Partner for further assistance.

2. I own an ASIAvina ceiling fan. For aesthetic purposes, I replaced the original button box with another button. Then, the fan emitted a loud sound when switched on. What should I do?

  • Solution: First of all, the appliance only works at its best using the genuine switch box. It was design and provided the ASIAvina brand to ensure quality performance. If you change or modify any of its parts, the product may malfunction. Thus, replacement using genuine spare parts is advised. 3. What should I do if I hear a loud sound when my ASIAvina fan is in Oscillation mode?

4. The remote control of ASIAvina wall fan is not functioning properly. What should I do?

  • Solution: Please check the battery if it is already drained. When installing the battery, please pay attention to the battery terminal. If the remote control is still not working, please call the hotline 1800-555-521 or contact our Authorized Service Partner.

5. My rechargeable fan only works when the power cord is plugged to an outlet. What should I do?

  • Solution: Please check the battery terminal if it is connected or not. If the rechargeable fan is still not working, please contact the hotline 1800-555-521 or our Authorized Service Partner.

6. The propeller of my ceiling fan vibrates. Does it affect the motor? What should I do?

7. I installed another propeller on my old fan, but the fan vibrates when switched on. What should I do?
